Exterior Contractor in Seattle

Polar Bear is the exterior contractor in Seattle homeowners call for roofing, siding, windows, and doors, backed by manufacturer warranties and zero-percent financing for a full year.

Seattle Is Inside Polar Bear's Core Service Area

Seattle sits within King County, one of the four counties our roofing, siding, window, and door crews cover, along with Snohomish, Island, and Skagit.

Roofing, Siding, Windows, and Doors for Seattle Homes

A single quote from us covers your whole project, whether that means a new roof, new siding, new windows, or new doors.

Roofing

Asphalt shingle and metal roofing, both ShingleMaster Premier Certified with warranties running up to 50 years.

Windows

Vinyl windows for standard openings, custom wood windows for the older homes common across Seattle, all ordered directly from the manufacturer.

Siding

James Hardie fiber cement is the only siding we install, chosen because cheaper alternatives rot faster in this climate.

Doors

Entry, sliding glass, and French patio doors, ordered directly from the manufacturer and built to your exact opening.

Commercial Clients Don't Get a B-Team

Commercial clients get the same exterior contractor in Seattle homeowners already trust, James Hardie and ShingleMaster Premier Certified crews, just sized for property portfolios instead of single homes.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an excellent experience with Kendall from Polar Bear Exterior Solutions. Although I ultimately didn't need a new roof, Kendall took the time to perform an incredibly thorough inspection and walked me through everything he found with patience and professionalism. He explained the condition of my roof in a way that was easy to understand, clearly pointed out what needed attention, and, just as importantly, what didn't. I really appreciated that he was honest and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. It's rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping the customer make the right decision. If I ever need roofing work in the future, Kendall will be the first person I call, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was very pleased with the quality of work performed by the crew that worked on replacing my roof, installing a solar tube light and repairing my rain gutters. While there was a miscommunication, the company and their representatives did an excellent job of meeting their commitments and left me completely satisfied. I highly recommend Polar Bear Exterior Solutions based on their excellent customer service, quality of work performed and high quality products.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They fixed a section of my roof
and replaced my gutters recently.
G. Did an excellent job giving the flat section of my roof a solid base, he also installed an exhaust vent.
So now water drains straight into the gutters and down to the ground.
If you are looking to replace your roof or gutters these guys are the best in the whole King co. Hands down.
Their prices are very reasonable and competitive and they know their stuff.
Management is very professional.
Its a company that has worked their way up
And I would totally recommend them for any exterior project you may have in mind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Polar Bear serve all of Seattle, or just certain neighborhoods?

Yes, Polar Bear is the exterior contractor in Seattle homeowners rely on citywide, along with the rest of King, Snohomish, Island, and Skagit counties.

Does an older Seattle home need something different for a roof or siding replacement?

Older homes often have measurements that warehouse-stock materials won’t match. Our materials come directly from the manufacturer to the home’s actual dimensions instead, not a generic size.

Does Polar Bear offer financing for homeowners in Seattle?

Yes. Zero-percent financing is available for a full year, along with buy-down options through multiple lenders, and a free estimate lays out the real costs before any commitment.
