Our Licenses and Accreditations
Trust your project to Polar Bear, backed by manufacturer certifications and industry recognition, not just a sales pitch.
Certifications That Bring Knowledge to Every Project
Certifications and licenses aren’t just credentials on a wall. They determine which warranties your project can access, how your crew was trained, and whether your materials come with manufacturer backing instead of a generic guarantee.
Manufacturer Certifications
Our ShingleMaster Premier Certified and James Hardie Elite Preferred status unlock warranty terms that aren’t available through every installer.
Industry Recognition
Awards like the BBB Torch Award and Qualified Remodeler Master Design Award reflect outside evaluation, not our own claims about our work.
Every Credential Behind Our Work
Every credential below is current and tied to the actual work we do on your property, not a badge purchased for the website.
Trust your roof to our ShingleMaster Premier Installer, held since 2014 and required to unlock CertainTeed’s SureStart PLUS warranty, a benefit fewer than 1 in 100 Washington roofs ever qualify for.
Protect your home with our James Hardie Elite Preferred status, giving you access to Hardie’s 30-year material and 15-year paint warranty terms not available through every installer.
Count on our AAMA Installation Masters training for every window and door we install, a program built specifically around proper technique, not general carpentry.
See our commitment to ethics recognized with the 2019 BBB Torch Award and a 2026 Torch Award finalist designation, honors given to businesses that demonstrate exceptional standards in marketplace trust.
Explore our design work, recognized with the 2022 Qualified Remodeler Master Design Award for outstanding remodeling craftsmanship.
