I had a great experience with Polar Bear. We had 6 windows replaced. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, punctual, and focused on getting me what I needed. The project manager was good with communication. The installation crew showed up on time, were polite, took care to put down drop cloths, were focused and got the job done in a day. The windows look great, are straight, and well sealed. I couldn’t recommend Polar Bear more.
